If we take longer, we will pay you $100 per day cash for everyday the project is incomplete.

We will happily take the time to sit with you to discuss your quote and address any questions.

We believe a quality product is its own best form of advertising, therefore we are dedicated to finishing your project to an immaculate standard. Prior to handover of any job, we will complete our unique 124-item quality checklist with you to ensure you are completely satisfied with your project. We also guarantee all workmanship for life.
4. Guarantee
In addition to being Licensed Building Practitioners, Rise Residential is also a member of the registered Master Builders Association. This means we can offer all the benefits that come with being a registered Master Builder, including their 10-year guarantee. For your peace of mind, we also offer our own unique 5-point promise guarantee.

Our meetings and communication will always be on time, and you will deal directly with the company director. If you have any queries or concerns, we assure you a response on the same day, under any circumstances.

We treat your home as if it were our own, therefore it will be left tidy at the end of each day. Major renovation or construction works will receive a free ‘end of job’ clean completed by a professional cleaning service.

Finally, we respect your property and its worth to you. We will treat your home as if it were our own, keeping it as immaculate as possible during the construction process. This includes daily cleans and great caution taken with existing property. For major construction and renovation work, we will undertake a FREE ‘completion of job’ clean provided by a professional cleaning service.
